GRI – CHALLENGE EXAMS

  • Having trouble finding the time to take courses?
  • Want to earn your GRI designation fast?
  • Want to put your knowledge and expertise to work?

GRI CHALLENGE EXAMS MAY BE YOUR ANSWER

To speed the process of earning your GRI designation, you may test-out of any two courses by taking a GRI Challenge Exam instead of participating in the classroom instruction. By doing this you will earn designation credit. There is no continuing education credit earned. Two exams may be taken at once and there’s NO RISK. If you fail an exam, your tuition will be applied to the appropriate course. Tuition for a challenge exam is the same as course tuition.

Challenge exams will be given at 9:30AM at this location:

Greater Binghamton Association of REALTORS®, 317 Main Street, Binghamton, NY
Dates will be set on an individual basis.
