30 HOUR REMEDIAL COURSE

Effective July 1, 2008, the New York Department of State requires a total of 75 hours of pre-licensing education to get a salesperson's license and 120 hours to get a broker's license.

This course is required if:

* You have taken 45 hours of sales pre-licensing and do not have your license yet - but want it.
* You have your sales license with 45 hours of education and want your broker's license
* You let your sales or brokers license lapse and want to renew it.
